We had our pool built in 2008. I gotta say – Jack, Josh & Jessica are the bomb! We had some soil issues, actually we didn’t have enough soil. The diggers hit granite at about 3 feet and had to jack-hammer the remaining depth. They rolled with the issue and kept going.
Even now Josh takes my calls, answering my bone-headed questions with humor and patience.
My only issue, and this is my fault, is that I should have gone ahead and did a jacuzzi with heater. We were being conservative at the time and now looking back I should have just done it.
You can’t go wrong with Superior. Don’t trust other pool installers that just coordinate separate contractors. Go with these guys as they will handle every aspect of the construction.

I had my large spa built in 2008 and have totally enjoyed it. The unusual location of the spa created some interesting construction challenges for Jack and his workers. The spa is located on a hill in front of my house with large boulders and blue granite below ground. The boulders were incorporated into the waterfall and the blue granite was removed by a specialized drilling outfit that Jack located. Despite the construction challenges Jack and his team completed the project on time and on budget. Jessica, in the main office, has been very helpful with questions regarding the chlorinator (saltwater system) and other equipment. I would recommend Superior Pools to any and all prospective pool/spa purchasers.

After 4 years of debating on whether or not we should add a pool to our existing home, in 2009 we decided that it was the perfect decision for our family. A few questions came to mind, “should we put our money into this, will our family enjoy the pool often, will this add value to our home?” And the answer to all these questions was YES! We asked for an estimate from 3 different builders, and Superior Pools was the most responsive. Josh came over, listened to all our concerns, thoughts, and ideas then integrated his extensive experience and backround to help us design the perfect pool. His team put in state of the art equipment and we never had a problem with it. In 2011, we had to the opportunity to relocate homes, and I have to say, without that wonderful pool we built, we would not have sold our home for the price we did. In fact, it is still the highest selling home in our community, and it it’s because the design and functionality of that pool made us stand out as “superior”. Our new home has a pool too, but it’s not as nice as the one we built with Superior. We are so happy about our decision and the memories we created with our young kids, will always be treasured and remain priceless!

Superior Pools designed and built a beautiful pool for me and I have enjoyed every minute of it. Their attention to customer service is wonderful and their ultimate product even better.

Ended up with a nice pool ,I was swimming way befor completion date. The road getting their was not so good!!!! The three JJJ need to communicate with each other and the customer.OVERALL I WILL SAY GOOD JOB AND LEAVE IT AT THAT.

We recently had our Dream Pool build by Superior Pools . We made the decision to contract with them over two other contractors because of their clean bussiness history, accredited BBB, and active state contractors liscense. Plus they were open to work with our design :)

Jack (Owner) and Jessica (Admin)offered us quality work and authentic customer service through out the entire process.. They prioritized to worked with us through minor bumbs to keep us satified to the fullest. They completed our pool in only two months Nov.-Jan./2011.

Jack, Jessica, and all of their staff were a pleasure to work with. They have kept contact with us and are always available if needed. If you are looking for a reliable commited company to build your pool Superior Pools is the way to go! Our pool was built exactly as we designed it. Our priority was to build a beautiful quality pool that lasts forever to entertain ourselves,our children, our families, and our friends. The final results amazed us. It was that and much more. Our pool was used for entertainment the entire summer! Our families and friends cannot seem to to stay away ;) We like to call it “Our Backyard Oasis.”

We had superior pools with Josh and Jack build our pool 6 years ago. The pool was put in ahead of schedule and came out beautiful! Over the 6 years, small service issues have come up and Jessica in the office scheduled service for us. Jess in the office is very personable and makes you feel like you are one of their family. The service is done usually within a week and if not they let you know what they need or what they are waiting for if its a part. Jack usually comes out himself and try’s to look at your issue then if he can’t figure it out he will send one of his crew. Its kind of nice to see the owner take such an active role in his company and then when he sends one of his crew out you know it will get done! In our case it was done asap and was something as minor as a missing jet head on our jacuzzi. Thanks for taking care of your customs Jack, Josh and Jessica! You do it right!

Seven years ago I asked three companies for an estimate on putting in a new pool in my backyard. Superior Pools came out right in the middle of the price range – and Jack had a very good grasp of what I wanted. He helped me refine my thoughts on the pool and deck, then jumped right in and got started. The final result is a gorgeous pool with a raised spa and beautiful coping.

Jack was a pleasure to work with and Superior’s connections in the pool community are unrivaled. The pool itself has been maintenance free, for the most part. It is well built and I’ve been extremely happy with the equipment and the quality of workmanship. I have been a pool user/owner/cleaner since I was five years old and this pool is the best I’ve ever used and maintained.
